RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Bulooks may your shopping experience at the Bulooks online store be extremely pleasant and meet your needs. Therefore, in case of return of your order, we create the Exchange and Return Policy in accordance with current legislation - Law 8,078, of September 11, 1990, Consumer Defense Code.

TERM
The term to request a return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the order (according to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code). Products returned without prior notice will be immediately returned to the customer.

CONDITIONS
The return due to regret or withdrawal is valid exclusively for online purchases, not valid for those made in physical bulooks stores. Only products will be accepted: unwashed, unused, odorless, that have not been altered by the customer (covers and adjustments, for example), that is, intact and with the change label attached to the piece.
Upon receipt of the product, it will undergo quality control analysis, which may take up to 4 days. If you do not agree with the conditions described here, the customer will be notified of the return of the product.


Your claim will be analyzed within a maximum period of 2 working days and, once the problem is detected, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following alternatives:
- Receive a new product as requested.
- full refund
- Receive a product of similar value.
- Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use in future purchases.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
