How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 2-8 days after payment confirmation date. But usually our orders are delivered within an average of 7 days.
The delivery period is counted from the confirmation of payment on working days, that is, it does not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed and this will take 1-10 days depending on the demand. Rest assured, 97% of orders ship within 3 business days.

How do I track my order?
You can track using the tracking code sent to the registered email.
As the shipment is international, the code may take 3-10 days for the tracking to show the current status.

Couriers take 3-10 days to launch international codes in the system, so if your code doesn't work, be patient and try again at another time.

Will I be charged customs duties?
Not to do.

I received my Product but it is incomplete:
Generally, when your order has several items, it may happen that it is sent in separate shipments, since we use different distribution channels. You may receive the items on different dates. So don't worry if you don't get all the orders at once...they will get to you.

Will I receive the product at my home?
Yes, most orders ship to the shipping address.
But you may need to pick up your order from your local post office, in cases where the address has not been located or there have been several failed delivery attempts (address not available).
We ask that you track your order using the tracking code provided to you in your email, so that the order does not return to the sender if you are waiting for pickup for a long period.
NOTE: Please make sure the shipping address on file is correct.

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?
Most orders ship the next day.
Please email us the day you placed your order so we can update your address before it ships.
We are unable to make any corrections after the order has been shipped.

The tracking shows how it was delivered but I haven't received it, what do I do?
Ask the residents of your home, they may have agreed to the request and you don't know it yet.
You can also contact your local post office. Sometimes the tracking code tells you that it was delivered while the order is still at the local post office, as well as the delivery may have been delayed and will be delivered the next day.
Also check that you have not received any notification from the operator in your mailbox. If there was a failed delivery attempt, they will leave a notification to inform you of what happened and with guidance on the delivery of the order.
We can only provide a refund if the order is lost en route, i.e. if your order runs out of tracking updates after 60 days from the dispatch date. Delivered orders are not refunded.
