HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (same day). We prepare orders to ship soon (we are fast!). Most orders ship the day after purchase. Once our logistics team has processed and shipped your order, we will no longer be able to cancel.
We highlight your right to accept or reject receipt of the order, or any part of it, even after the customer has received the order confirmation or payment has been authorized by credit card.
If the credit card company has already authorized the purchase and the purchase is cancelled, we will refund the amount to the original method of payment.
NOTE: Orders that have been invoiced or shipped can no longer be cancelled.

MY INVOICE EXPIRED
Tickets from our store expire 3 days after the date of purchase , this period can be increased, but not decreased. Remember that as soon as the payment is confirmed, the order is ready for shipment, regardless of the expiration date of the payment receipt.

CAN I MAKE THE PAYMENT UPON RECEIVING THE ORDER?
